Application:

Pigment Blue Powder B12 is brightly colored blue-violet powder with superior chemical properties, insoluble in water and easily soluble in organic solvents. It has good resistance to alkali, heat and sunlight, dissolves and fades in acid, and can eliminate the yellow light inside the white substance. In the plastics industry, it can be used as a coloring agent alone, but also can be used in whitening and optical brightening agent, pigment blue powder B12 is mainly used in EVA, polypropylene, nylon, acrylic, spandex, polyester chemical fiber and other plastics whitening or coloring of colored plastics, in particular, pigment blue powder B12 is widely used as a recycled plastics, recycled plastics whitening agent.

Every 1000kg material Pigment blue powder B12 is added and used together with the use of optical brightener.
(1) the addition of EVA, pp, nylon, acrylic and spandex was 3g.
(2) the addition of B12 to polyester fiber was 6-15 g. The dosage of optical brightener is 300- 500g.
